Giveaway Results: DINOSAUR Book Prize Packs

  1. I have been reading, “Hondo and Fabian” with my 4 year old son. He just loves this book and the illustrations are beautiful.

    I would be the coolest mommy in the world if I won this Dinosaur book for him ;) Roar!!!

  6. My boys are on a Dr. Seuss kick lately. They want to read The Grinch and The Sleep Book at least 10 times each night! They’re huge dinosaur fans so this prize would definitely be a hit!

  7. Believe it or not Amy my 6-year-old daughter would LOVE this. She is really into science and is fascinated by dinosaurs. She has been reading some beginning chapter books lately. She loves the Breyer Wind Dancer series!

  15. With my three year old, I have been reading Corduroy by Don Freeman and David books by David Shannon. (He loves David – I think because he can really identify with him!) With my older son, he loves the Magic Tree House series by Mary Pope Osborn.

  23. My 8 year old son has taken an interest in the Goosebumps series so we read that together. My 4 year old daughter seems to gravitate towards stories with princesses.

  27. I found this great book called “H is for Hoosier,” that has been teaching my son all about his state along with his letters! It also has great additional history info on the side of the pages that he can read on his own when he gets older. It will come in handy for a book report some day!

  30. I’ve just started following your blog. Love it! My six year old is studying dinosaurs in school right now….so this is very timely.
    Right now we’re reading Maniac Magee by Jerry Spinelli…and at the end of reading that my son reads me one of the stories he’s written. He’s in First Grade and has just caught on to writing stories. And I love it!

We have been reading a lot of The Best Me I Can Be books, tons of Dr. Seuss (Green Eggs & Ham is their favorite and mine too!), books about trains and tractors, and about plants and gardening as my daughter is fascinated with horticulture. We read all the time so thanks for the chance to expand our library!

  33. We have been making a weekly trip to the local library and picking out a variaty of books so we can read a different one at nap time and bed time every day of the week. My son loves it! Sometime we have to read a book several times before it goes back to the library the next Tuesday :)

    He loves dinosaurs so this would be great for him.

  38. We’ve been reading whatever looks good at the library! We go almost every week, and we seriously get our limit of items…35. We LOVE to read! We are also homeschooling and have a book each week that corresponds with the lesson of the week. We are readin’ fools! =)

  44. With my 7 year old..we’ve been reading my 13 year old’s old GooseBumps collection!! However my 2 year old and I have been reading lots of ABC books, and his personal favorite of all time…”The Very Hungry Caterpillar”! He’s never bored of that book!

  59. My son has just started to read by himself. I still read “the hard stories” and he reads the easy readers. But we recently got a large pack of Berenstein Bear books and we read them together (he reading w/ me helping). I love the lessons in the BB books. Very nice of you to give away such a cool collection of Dino books!

  60. I have been reading some of Sesame Street Beginning books to my 18 month old son. He especially loves the one about bath time. : ) I also read Pat the Bunny and other books that include textures. These dinosaur books will be a wonderful start to his collection of books and a lifetime love of reading and learning!

  69. I have been reading “The Dangerous Book For Boys” with my son,(age 12) “The Little House on the Prairie” series(we’re on Big Woods) with my tweens, and my toddler just now loves “Goodnight Moon”! Story time can last for HOURS!
