Reynolds Parchment Paper
Despite having a deep love for baking, I don’t think I have ever really used parchment paper in my house. When Reynolds offered us a sample, I thought I would give it a try and see if it really was as amazing as they claimed. I can’t believe that I have cooked this long and have only recently discovered the awesomeness of parchment paper. For the holiday season, I baked biscotti cookies and not one of them stuck to the pan thanks to the parchment paper. Not only did they not stick, but it helped to make clean-up in the kitchen a complete breeze. Instead of scrubbing cookie sheets, I ended up just removing the paper and not having a pan to even clean up.
I have found other great alternatives to keeping my pans free of the cookie mess. One way was investing in some quality stoneware baking pans. My pizza stone and stoneware pans are great for cooking on because over time they have developed a great nonstick surface and I can get them clean in minutes, rather than the soaking process that sometimes happens with the regular cookie sheets.
Another item that I have are silicone baking mats for my cookie sheets. I was really excited to use these, but have been disappointed with how well they clean up in the dishwasher. They have discolored and just don’t get clean as easily as I had hoped. I am sure different brands offer a different experience, but I just wasn’t as keen on these as I had hoped I would be.
Parchment paper is another great alternative though that I will be adding for the days when scrubbing is just not an option.
Thank you Reynolds for sharing your product with us!

I saw this article on parchment paper, and it reminded me of a couple of things my mother used to do with it. You can hand your children safety scissors and old crayons, have them shave the crayons onto the parchment paper. Then cover with another piece, and iron. You wind up with what looks like a stained glass window, and is fun to hang in front of your windows. Another fun thing is make up different types of pudding and let your toddlers use them as finger paints. They wash out well, and you don’t have to worry if the put it in their mouths.
thank you for free sample
