I am almost ashamed to admit this, but I am horrible about drinking water. I always have the best intentions, but rarely do I pull off more than a glass of water a day. My hydration comes from coffee in the morning, a glass of milk in the afternoon, and a soda later in the day. I know that I am probably dehydrated and I also know that I am not alone. In fact, it is estimated that 75% of Americans are suffering from dehydration.

Crystal Light wants to encourage people to begin drinking water again and they have put together a Water Way Challenge that will not only benefit you, but also benefit others.  By participating in the challenge, you can help others who do not have access to clean drinking water. The sad fact is, over 900 million people around the world do not have access to clean water. By participating in this challenge, Crystal Light will be able to assist these parts of the world and also encourage you to begin making hydration a priority.

    I drink about 4 glasses a day, and am hoping to increase that on a normal basis, as I notice I feel so much better! :)

    I drink apprx. 6 glasses of water a day(a 12oz cup). I do this pretty much every day, as I love water & it quenches my thirst quicker than anything!

    OMG I only drink about 3 16oz bottles a day. I never really thought about it til now. I definetley need to start drinking my 8 glasses a day.

    I have a 32oz cup I keep on my desk at work and fill it up at least 3 times a day with water. I have started adding crystal light in the after noon to add some flavor and keep me from snacking before supper.

    Since I live in the desert (Las Vegas), I drink at least six 8 oz glasses of water a day. My routine is to get up in the morning and drink a glass of water. If I don’t, unfortunately I will get a head ache and can’t do anything during the day.

    Hi, I drink abou 3-4 8 oz. glasses of water per day. I would like to try the crystal light in my water but, I am a single mom and I have not been able to get it.

    Whenever I take a vitamin I try to drink a huge glass of water. Every day I try to drink eight glasses of water. If I don’t drink enough water, I get cramps in my legs at night. Water really makes a difference!

    I only drink one glass of water, but I drink 3-4 mugs of green tea (hot) a day. They count for hydration, right?

    I drink About 6 glasses a day but I also work out. I’m sure that I’m always dehydrated

    I have trouble drinking enough water too (only getting about 4 glasses a day) and I’m pregnant but thanks for the ideas now I am going to start trying these!

    I sit at my computer all day at home to work, but I have found I drink more water if I put it in a pretty wine glass or tea cup or some other pretty glass. I will keep a larger bottle to fill it from, but I drink more from the little glass than if I just used the larger bottle.

    When I am at work I always have water with me and drink about 64 ounces. When I am home I have much less, maybe because I am busy with too many things. A good reminder to start drinking more at home.

    I love my decaf in the morning, then a few caffeine free Diet Cokes, but then I switch to water. The past month or so I’ve been adding one of those single Crystal Light packets to my reusable water bottle (they say to put it in 16 ounces, but I find it tastes just as good with 28-36 ounces) and I just inhale them. I’m pregnant with my fourth child, so water is really important. Crystal Light makes it enjoyable. :)

    I know I am one of those that are terrible about drinking enough water. But this summer, I have a new resolution — take care of myself and one way is to drink enough water.

    I am prego and am having issues with drinking enough water since I have major morning sickness throughout the day. I try to drink atleast 7 glasses a day, but between going to the bathroom and taking care of my one year old I am not doing so well!

    When it is super hot and sticky there is nothing I love more than a cold water. But it must be cold – SUPER cold or I won’t drink it!

    I have a 20oz reusable water bottle on my desk at work. I fill that up 1.5-2 times a day, plus another glass at home in the evening. I love water!

    I would say that I drink about 3 glasses of water a day. Now that I am hydrating for two, I hope that I can continue to grow that number!

    It varies greatly. If I think about it I can get down 8 glasses, but some days go by and I have not even drank one!

    Does tea count? Probably not. With the tea, I’d say 5-6 glasses. Without, 3-4.

    I drink about 2-4 glasses/bottles of water per day. However with some sort of flavor in my water(lemon juice/crystal light) i drink almost double.

    Since I made a concerted effort to start drinking water, It has not been a problem for me. If you keep it handy, inevitably you’ll drink it.
