Do you have a daily schedule or do you just wing it??
I have a "flexible" schedule... don't have things broke down to the minute, but have a routine of things that I do each day.  It really helps!  I would love to see your plans.

My Routine:
6am: Rise and shine
Get the wood stove going strong (in the winter)
shower and dress to shoes
6:15 Make sure kids are up (they have alarms)
Keep an eye on the kids as they do their morning routines
Make my bed, tidy check bedroom
start laundry
Bible time with kids
Oldest 2 Kids on bus (7:15)

Unload dishwasher, reload, tidy kitchen
wipe down bathroom
sweep floors

Computer time

special projects or jobs
Cleaning jobs
Start supper in crock pot (or be prepared for other)

lunch

preschool (take middle son)

Youngest nap time

Zone, house cleaning, laundry
computer time

Errands (if needed)

Oldest 2 home at 3:30: snack, help with homework, fix supper

supper, supper clean up,

family fun time
read with children

BED!

I've been trying to get a daily schedule in place for me too. My son is no longer nursing at night, and I finally have some energy back to tackle more projects  Smiley

I have a routine, not really a schedule. I'm up at 4 a.m. and doing whatever needs to be done.  Once your kids are in school and you are responsible for the transportation, etc. you have a routine going. At least I do! Then there's homework and dinner and bedtime...more routine. When they are in school, I have my work at home and housework to do but I don't have a set schedule. Everything gets done and I don't feel stressed, so it works for me!

I am a list maker by nature, so while I don't have a set routine, I always have a list going of things that need to be done.  I try and assign items to a specific day or give myself a goal of doing so many items a week.

I am back at work and just today finished taking an online class, so my life has been a little chaotic the past few months.  I decided this coming semester to not take any classes (at least until my daughter gets a bit older and is consistenly getting more sleep...at 11 months we are getting there, but she still wakes up 1-2x per night) and I think that will bring some sanity back to my daily life.

I am president of our local MOMS Club, so that keeps me pretty busy in the morning, most days.  I have 3 pages that I keep on my clipboard at all times:  my Daily Planner page, My Weekly Planner page, and a calendar page for the current month.  Everyday is different.  Some days I wake up running and some days I can take a little more time and try to get as much done as I can.
