The tin man costume was made by my fantastically gifted mother-in-law and the Dorothy costume was found at a consignment shop. The sparkly shoes courtesy of Target- love thrifty costumes :)

"Tara- I found the Dorothy costume at a consignment shop and the Tin Man costume was created by my super savvy mother-in-law. She is quite the seamstress!!!
