"FYI- I made that hamburger stroganoff last week and it was pretty yummy. One tip- do not use light sour cream... it was all I had on hand and it did not look pretty. I ended up adding some heavy cream to make more sauce for our noodles!

also, I made up all the ingredients (minus the noodles) earlier in the week. It took no time to throw this together in the pan while the noodles cooked!"
