Reader Question: Workout DVD Recommendations?

This question comes from one of our fabulous readers! Can you please help her with some recommendations?

Does anyone have a workout DVD they really like? I have come to the realization that if I want to work out more than 1-2 times a week I'm going to have to do it at home after my daughter goes to bed.

I had 5 pounds still left to lose when I cut back to nursing only 2X a day-now I have 8lbs to lose, I need to get moving!

"I like Walk Away the Pounds and Turbo Jam. You don't need very much room to do either one. Walk.. is great if you have kids too because the moves are easy enough for kids to follow along too."

"I LOVE 10 minute solutions! Here is a link: http://www.amazon.com/10-Minute-Solution-Workouts-Shape/dp/B00005R24O. I found these on Netflix. If you are a member there are workouts you can do directly from their website, no need to order a DVD. Just do a search for 10 minute solutions. They have a variety of workouts: fitness ball, pilates, kickboxing, dancing etc. Each workout is broken down into 5 10 minute segments. Very easy to do and you can stop if you only have 10 minutes! It's the best!"
