Amy, I love you blog! Aldi is my favorite. I even have two Aldi laptops — I bought one five years ago and it’s about to see it’s last Web page and I just bought the second generation a month ago. Great stuff.

    Hi Amy~
I just found your website today while reading over Orgjunkie’s Menu Plan Monday post. She’s making your Ranch Pork Chop recipe this week.
I must say…I LOVE your website. I shop once a week at Aldi’s, just due to a tight budget and the fact that I love it, and was thrilled to find you have a portion of your website devoted to foods you buy there!! What an awesome idea!! I’m bookmarking your page and will visit frequently. Thanks so much :)

Amy, this dip sounds amazing! I’ll have to try this one out. I was looking for snacks to serve on Christmas while the presents are being opened, and I’m still cooking, and this sounds perfect.
