Kara- I am going to guess-timate here because I have never really counted it out.

I add 1/4 cup per mug and it looks like it will make about eight cups total of cocoa mix so that would probably give you about thirty cups total. You would probably want to triple the recipe for the staff members.

If you get the ingredients at Aldi, it isn’t too bad, but the dry milk prices have gone up to about $14 a box.

Amy, how many cups will this mix make? I am making cocoa mix as a gift for the staff at my kids’ school. There are 70 staff members and I’d like to make enough for one or two cups each, depending on the cost. Thanks!
