		<description>Tried this recipe tonight, and it was great. I&#039;m definitely adding it to my &quot;bag of tricks.&quot; I used a little salt, pepper, onion powder and oregano. They smelled great while cooking, and came out on the verge of being fried potatoes. If you wanted them really crispy for a change, I guess you could microwave then broil for a minute or two. BTW, I noticed there was quite a bit of steam forming, so on the 2nd and 3rd go-rounds in the m/w I used a paper plate on top of the dish.</description>
