Amy the menu sounds great! It is just amazing that you have an entire week of meals for only $53. I can’t wait to see how the challenge turns out. Keep up the great work.

Nicole- Thanks so much! This is just going to be so much fun!

Yes, it is definitely amazing what you can do with your money with these planners. Also the $53 includes even those basic items that you probably already have in your pantry so I am sure you could do it for a lot less than that amount listed. I list all the ingredients though, just in case :)

Looking forward to next week’s planning :) Thanks again!

Thanks for the new blog. I have been an Aldi shopper for 2 years–it has been a big help to our budget. I appreciate the menus; I make 21 meals a week and sometimes I run out of inspiration! I hope you will inspire me to get out of my rut, and try some new Aldi meals.

I can’t wait to try this week’s meals. I already have everything on your grocery list except the cream cheese. I just ran out last week. I always buy about 10 at a time when I’m at Aldi. Obviously, we use a lot of cream cheese.
