I just made this for dinner and it was DELICIOUS! Very easy to throw together (with a 6 month old on my hip), healthy and tasty. I loved this and will definitely make it again. Thanks, Amy!

This was dinner tonight = terrific :)

Although I didn’t use Aldi products, my skillet was made with mostly loss leaders, it was still an incredibly inexpensive meal. I rounded it out with a romaine, shredded carrot and cuke salad.

    Thanks :)
