While looking through the blogosphere we stumbled on an interesting post today.Here&#8217;s a quick excerpt Oatmeal Waffles 2 cups quick oats (grind if necessary in food processor or blender) 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups milk (you can use prepared powdered milk) 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 beaten egg 1 tablespoon molasses 2 tablespoons corn or olive oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 cup sugar (or to desired sweetness) Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps.
