Chicken BBQ Pizza

Pull leftover Chicken BBQ from the fridge and the extra pizza crust you prepared.  Parbake crust as was directed. After you pull the crust from the oven, spread the Chicken BBQ over the crust. Top with mozzarella cheese (as much as your family prefers). Place bake in the oven and bake fifteen minutes. Slice and serve with a garden salad.

    We love making BBQ chicken pizza! We always cover the crust with BBQ sauce before putting on the BBQ chicken – it gives the pizza extra flavor and a moister texture.

    We also like making pesto chicken pizza. Cover the dough with pesto, then ricotta cheese, then chicken, then mozzarella cheese. Unfortunately, Aldi’s doesn’t usually carry pesto, so you’ll have to make a stop at the regular grocery store first. :)
