Yields Six Servings
2 cups flour
1 3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Mix together dry ingredients. Combine eggs & melted butter and then slowly stir in the flour to the milk, eggs, & butter. Let set for at least ten minutes while heating the pan.
