I have always been a big fan of using my slow cooker. I became a bigger fan, however, after the birth of my second child. I no longer had the luxury of spending lots of time prepping ingredients or flipping through the cookbooks to come up with our dinner. I honestly had no idea how I was going to get dinner on the table at a decent time or when we were going to sit down and eat it. That is when I remembered the beauty of owning a slow cooker.
I believe that the slow cooker can be every mother’s best friend. What could be easier than throwing in a few ingredients, plugging it in, and then going about your day, without the worries of needing to figure out what everyone is going to eat for dinner?
In honor of this kitchen gadget, I have put together a month’s worth of meals using your slow cooker. Each of these meals will have a recipe and tips for making your dinner hour go more smoothly. There are thirty recipes included in this meal planner covering you for each of the days. Many of the recipes accommodate eight people though so you may be able to cover more than one month’s worth of meals with my planner.
I am also now utilizing a new software program that allows me to provide the nutritional information on each dish for you. This information is to help you in planning meals that are healthy & filling for your family.
